Diane Fukuda,owner of HealthE Solutions is passionate about health, nutrition and wellness. She is a graduate of Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto and McKinnon Institute of Oakland. Diane is a successful massage therapist who practices Swedish Esalen, Hot Stone, Acupressure and Neuromuscular Massage modalities. Her office is conveniently located in downtown Los Gatos. Diane has been practicing massage since 1992. Come in for a deeply relaxing massage. Diane is also a graduate of Bauman College where she earned her Nutrition Educator Certificate in 2006. She has helped many clients in their quest to lose weight, balance their blood sugar, relieve ADHD symptoms, alleviate food allergies and learn to eat for optimal health. Diane is available to speak at elementary, middle and high schools. She also enjoys speaking to parents who are expecting, at infant daycare centers and preschools to educate them about the importance of childhood nutrition habits.Additionally, Diane is a certified spin instructor and teaches at the Campbell Community Center on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 p.m. Come by for a great work out!
