Diane Fukuda's weight loss challenge class is amazing! She has designed an incredibly fun, interesting, motivating way to lose extra pounds, and have fun during the process! Every week is new, different and interesting. To go through this course as a group makes a huge difference in meeting goals. I have some great new friends as a result. Diane takes the time each week to help each of us stay motivated, and offers great information re: diet and health in the course. I have been seeing Diane Fukuda, nutrition educator at HealthE Solutions for the past couple of months. The first eight weeks, I met with her individually. We mapped out a healthy eating plan and discussed establishing good habits. Diane reviewed my food diary on a semi-weekly basis. She made suggestions for changes, provided recipes & menus. She also developed an exercise plan for me. I learned a tremendous amount during this period. I then joined Diane's 2009 Weight Loss Challenge program. I have been attending the weekly meetings for the past eight weeks. The meetings are fun, challenging and educational. I have lost over 20 pounds during my time working with Diane. It has been an almost seamless change to my diet. I just eat healthier and exercise smarter. I'm looking forward to continuing my work with Diane.

Although I work out five to seven days a week and have some big, athletic goals ahead, I am packing a few extra pounds and know my joints and self esteem would benefit from eating a more healthy diet. There are so many things I did not know in the nutrition department. I was astounded by how much sodium is in certain foods, for instance. I was pleased to learn about how to make food taste great without any salt. With the help of Diane and HealthE Solutions, I have made significant progress in staying focused on permanent changes for a better me. I feel fantastic.
