Diane Fukuda
Diane has been in private practice as a Nutrition Educator since 2006. She is passionate about health, nutrition and wellness.
Diane is an SJSU graduate with a B.A. degree in Advertising and worked in high tech marketing & sales for over 20 years before returning to school to pursue her love of nutrition and fitness. She graduated from Bauman College where she earned her Nutrition Educator Certificate in 2006. In 2008, she became a certified spin instructor and began teaching at Campbell Community Center. In 2010, Diane received her First Line Therapy® Certificate from Metagenics bringing new tools like bio-impedance analysis, stress assessment testing and simple menu planning to her clients. In addition, she offers a variety of high-quality products including vitamins, fish oils, blood sugar control supplements & meal replacement powders that raise compliance and improve success. Diane holds a group fitness certificate through AFAA.
Using a lifestyle modification model, Diane has helped many clients improve their lives! She has a very high success rate with clients whether they are trying to lose weight, balance their blood sugar, relieve ADHD symptoms, alleviate food allergies & inflammation, address anorexia/bulimia and eating disorders, or learn to eat for optimal health.
Diane is available to speak at schools, libraries, companies and groups with an interest in nutrition and wellness. She also enjoys speaking to parents who are expecting, at infant daycare centers and preschools to educate them about the importance of childhood nutrition habits.
Diane teaches spin classes at the Campbell Community Center! In addition to teaching at noon on Tuesdays and Thursday, she developed a beginner spin program that has been extremely popular in the Campbell Community! It teaches the basics of spin, proper bike set-up, riding positions and technique and is a great 30 minute work-out! Come join her for a great work-out!!
