This program is offered through the cities of Saratoga, Los Gatos & Campbell.  We'll spend Monday evenings in the brand new kitchen located at the Saratoga Prospect Center cooking up all kind of yummy foods.  While we are cooking, we'll discuss nutrition topics.  

This 6 week program includes a bootcamp component that meets on Tuesday and Thursdays.  You'll have your choice of times as listed below.  To round out the program, you'll receive a custom meal plan based on your food preferences and access to the instructor as needed for your success.  Program Fee is:  $229.00.  A $25 materials fee payable to the instructor is due at the first class.
