This exciting new program is designed to promote ways for families to make snacking & exercise a fun family experience!  It encourages parents & kids to create healthy habits that will last a lifetime!  We encourage families to try new foods, new types of activities & enjoy one another's company in a positive nurturing environment.  Please wear workout clothes, bring an exercise mat, 3 or 5 lb. hand weights, a jump rope, water bottle & a towel.  A $25 materials fee, payable to the instructor is due at the first class.  

Class is held at the Los Gatos Adult Recreation Center, Large Hall located at 208 E. Main Street, Los Gatos.
Price is $199.00 per twosome. (One parent & one child ages 8-14).
