Beginner & Moderate Spinning
Spinning offers a great cardio workout in as little as 30 minutes. Beginner spin was designed to encourage people who might not otherwise try out a spin class. It's been very popular and I encourage you to give it a try. You'll find the environment at Campbell Community Center to be very supportive. If you haven't exercised in a while, come join us on Saturday mornings to start. Class times are 7:45-8:15 or 8:30-9:00 a.m. For a more moderate, but still beginner class, join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:15-8:45 p.m. The music is great and the class participants are fun!!

Beginning & Moderate Spinning
30-minute class delivers a good cardio workout, cool-down, and stretch. Wear cool comfortable clothing, hard-soled shoes (like walking or tennis shoes), bring a small towel, and water.
Instructed by Diane Fukuda. Class is held at Campbell Community Center in Fitness Center/Cardio Room.
Saturday Morning Beginning: No prior spinning experience needed. This is a non-competitive environment. Students will learn the basics of bike set-up, heart rate ranges, and position transitions in a safe and effective way.
Tuesday/Thursday Evening Moderate: ‘Beginning’ is recommended as a pre-requisite if you have no experience, but not required. This class reinforces fundamentals of spinning, including basics of bike set-up, heart rate ranges, use of resistance, and position transitions in a safe, effective way.
